Our mission at Trinity Tutoring is simple: To empower students with the tools, systems, and self-awareness they need to thrive academically and emotionally.
Through expert tutoring and executive function coaching, we support students as they build habits, manage responsibilities, and develop the confidence to take ownership of their learning and lives.
Our vision is a community where every student feels capable, supported, and in control of their own success, where academic achievement is rooted in self-knowledge, emotional well-being, and sustainable strategies, not stress or perfectionism.

Our Core Values
1. Excellence with Integrity
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and accountability. We care deeply and work thoroughly, down to every assignment, every deadline, every detail.

2. Student-Centered Coaching
We meet students where they are and see them as whole people, not just grades or checklists. Our work is personalized, responsive, and built on strong, supportive relationships.

3. Growth Through Skills & Systems
We don’t just tell students what to do, we teach them how to do it. From planning calendars to breaking down essays, we help them build lasting skills and systems that reduce overwhelm and increase confidence.

4. Empowerment Through Advocacy
We teach students to advocate for themselves, whether it's emailing a teacher, asking for clarification, or speaking up about their needs. We know self-advocacy is an essential lifelong skill.

5. Emotional Wellness Matters
Academic success means nothing without emotional health. We prioritize students’ mental and emotional well-being, teaching mindfulness, stress management, and self-compassion along the way.

6. Consistency & Accountability
We follow through. We check portals. We monitor grades. We guide students in following up on tasks, tracking progress, and holding themselves accountable.
We model the follow-through we expect. Students know they can rely on us, and parents know they’re in good hands.

7. Collaboration with Families
We keep parents informed and involved in a way that builds trust and teamwork. We know student growth thrives in a connected, supportive environment.

Academic Tutoring
All of our tutors are experienced classroom teachers or college-level instructors. We offer expert tutoring across all subjects and grade levels. Whether your student needs help in math, science, humanities, or foreign languages, we match them with a subject-matter specialist who not only knows the material, but knows how to teach it.

We also help student navigate the college admissions process. From brainstorming and editing standout Common App essays to tackling university-specific supplements and application requirements, we guide students every step of the way.

Executive Function Coaching
Executive function and self-regulation skills enable students to plan, focus, and manage multiple tasks. Even exceptionally bright students can find it challenging to manage their assignments and schedules. They understand the material, but they often find themselves completing assignments at the last minute, lowering the quality of their graded work.

We go beyond homework help. Our executive function coaching empowers students to develop essential life skills like organization, time management, planning, and self-advocacy.
Our coaches meet with students and help them assess their goals to create meaningful motivation. We provide scaffolding to support students as they use new systems and commit to new habits.

Our coaches are also subject-matter experts, so students receive both content support and skill-building in one integrated session.

Trinity Babe is the founder of Trinity Tutoring. She is a certified English teacher who has worked as an educator for over 15 years.
Her experience in both Advanced Placement and Special Education allows her to expertly serve all populations of students.
She is knowledgable in the realm of IEPs, 504 paperwork, and neuropsych evaluations; she can help turn an overwhelming report into an effective plan of action.
Her work as a writing specialist and executive function coach has transformed the academic and personal lives of her clients.

My daughter worked on her writing with Trinity for about two years. She had always struggled with the written word, and I was so relieved to witness Trinity use humor and enthusiasm to coax her along. She pushed her in all the best ways.
Today, when I spoke with my daughter, a freshman at a good liberal arts college, she told me that her English professor told her she is an impressive writer and should consider minoring in English. And she's considering it! Trinity deserves an A+ for being the tutor who goes above and beyond to get her students to believe in themselves and work to their potential.
–A More Than Satisfied Manhattan Mom
I started working with Trinity when I was 11 and stayed with her all the way through high school and into college. From the very beginning, she understood how I learned and what I needed, not just academically, but as a whole person.

At Spence, the workload and expectations could be intense, but Trinity helped me develop the executive function skills to stay organized, manage my time, and actually enjoy learning. She guided me through countless writing assignments, helping me find my voice and gain confidence in my ideas. Her feedback was always honest, thoughtful, and encouraging.

More than anything, Trinity was a mentor. With her support, I thrived in a rigorous academic environment. Trinity played a huge role in helping me get into Cornell, and I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today without her. She’s so much more than a tutor. She’s someone who truly changes lives. She definitely changed mine.
–Vera K.
Trinity is by far the best executive function tutor out of five we used. Not only does she genuinely care about her students, but she has an innate ability to read what they may need at any given point throughout the year. She is compassionate, yet firm when she needs to be. I recommend her wholeheartedly and simply cannot express what a positive difference she made in my daughter’s academic and personal life.
